The SICE Annual Conference 2016 accepts two types of submissions for review.
Both types of papers should be written in English, and will be included in the conference proceedings.
Regular paper: Full papers (6 pages in conference format) must be submitted for review. The accepted papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. (submission closed)
Normal length for the final manuscript of the regular paper is 6 pages. Papers exceeding 6 pages may be submitted upon payment of overlength page charges. A maximum of 2 extra pages above 6 pages are permitted.
Position paper: Extended abstracts (2-4 pages in conference format) must be submitted for review. This category is provided for authors who want to present a timely review of research, a case study, and so on. This type of paper will NOT be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. (Deadline extended: 4/22)
In both paper, you can select one of presentation form – oral, poster, and oral+poster. Even if your Regular or Position Paper has been accepted for both of oral+poster presentations, there will not be any extra presentation charges.
Both types of manuscripts should be submitted via PaperCept site. Please verify (PIN wizard) the affiliations of you and coauthors, which are registered on the Papercept system, before submission of your manuscript.

For all regular-paper initial submissions, similarity and overlap with prior published materials will be checked. The results willbe used for the paper evaluation. The same check will be performed for all final submissions including position papers.
