Registration Fee

Participants are advised to register before July 17 (JST), 2009 to receive an early registration discount.

Full Registration

Full registration includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Access to all sessions (some Workshop/Tutorials require an additional fee)
• Booklet of final program and abstracts
• Proceedings CD-ROM
• Publication of up to 2 accepted papers
• Permission to present accepted papers
• One banquet ticket

*: The society includes SICE, ICROS, IEEE, ISA, ACA, CIS, CAA, CACS, IMEKO, IEEE Japan Council, IFAC NMO-Japan, IEEJ.

Student Registration

Student Registration includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Access to all sessions (some Workshop/Tutorials require an additional fee)
• Booklet of final program and abstracts
• Proceedings CD-ROM
• Permission to present accepted papers

Note: "Student" is defined as full-time student, enrolled for degree of diploma in a university or similar institution. Student status must be certified by the student's institution or advisor.

Paper charge is not covered.

Important Note:

1. Accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied with the full registration and payment by at least one of the authors (only full registration will be allowed for this purpose). At least one author for each paper must register at a full registration rate, even if all authors are students.
2. Advance registration is required in order to upload the final paper. For each paper, at least one author should be registered in advance, including the above surcharge.
3. If no registration is made or no final manuscript is submitted, the paper is considered to be withdrawn and will not appear in the proceedings or the program of ICCAS-SICE2009. In addition, the presenter must register before presentation.

Additional Page Charge

1. The standard paper page limit is 6 pages per paper. Final submitted papers that exceed the 6 pages limit will incur an over-length page charge of 10,000 JPY per page. The maximum page limit per paper is 8 pages.

Additional Paper Charge

1. One full registration will cover the publication of up to two accepted papers. If an author has three or more papers, surcharge of 10,000 JPY for each extra paper is necessary. For example, if each of five students under a professor presents a paper co-authored with the professor, one full registration (for the professor) and five student registrations AND additional charges for three papers (30,000 JPY) are required.

Payment

Registration fees are in JPY and can be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or bank transfer. If you would like to pay the registration fee by credit card, you need your credit card data. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please transfer your registration fee within a week after your registration.

Immediately, the confirmation E-mail with Applicant ID and password will be sent to your E-mail address. Please confirm your personal data. If you do not receive the confirmation E-mail, please contact Keio Travel Agency via E-mail. We will check the data immediately. Our E-mail address is sice2009@keio-kanko.co.jp.

How to cancel, or change the data you've already input

If you'd like to cancel the registration, please enter this web-site(https://www.kingtour.com/convention/en/u/vc.php?cvid=sice2009). This web-site address is written in your confirmation E-mail. When you cancel your registration, you need your Applicant ID and password. Applicant ID is written in your confirmation E-mail. Password is 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters you've decided. If you'd like to change the data, please enter the same web-site (https://www.kingtour.com/convention/en/u/vc.php?cvid=sice2009). When you change the data, first cancel the data you input already, and then please input new data. We can refund your registration fee only in the case the Organizing Committee accepts your cancellation. After July 24th, we can't refund your registration fee.
