Registration desk is located at the first floor of the conference site, and the opening hours of the registration desk is as shown below:
Participants are requested to come, first of all, to the registration desk and receive conference material. If, however, they will be presenting a paper in the morning sessions, then it is allowed to go directly to the room since there is not enough time before the sessions start.
Session chairs are requested to come to another desk, too.
Session rooms, registration desk, cloak and other rooms are shown in floor map(PDF file). Please be noticed that rooms may be re-allocated depending on the situation.
