Registration Desk
- The registration desk (Bld. 55, 1F) will be in operation during the following hours:

Registration Fee
- Participants are advised to register before July 31, 2011 to receive an early registration discount.
- Only online credit card payment is accepted. Please contact the registration desk if you have special requests e.g. bank transfer or other payment method. (Email: SICE2011-registration(at)sice.or.jp)

Banquet ticket

- Additional banquet ticket: JPY 8,000
- Additional banquet ticket for a student: JPY 5,000
Additional proceedings DVD/Digest
1 proceedings DVD/Digest is included in Full/Student Registration. Participants with Full/Student Registration can order extra proceedings DVD/Digest if need.
- Society member: JPY 20,000
- Non-member: JPY 30,000
Additional Paper Charge
Full Registration covers only two papers. Student Registration covers only one paper. Authors who have applied Full Registration can upload up to two papers at no charge. Authors who have applied Student Registration can upload up to one paper at no charge. For authors of papers more than the limit, an extra paper charge of 10,000 (JPY) per paper will apply and must be paid before final submission.
Additional Page Charge
Authors can upload paper(s) of up to 6 pages at no extra charge. For authors of paper(s) of more than 6 pages, an extra page charge of 10,000 (JPY) per page will apply. For each paper, up to 4 additional pages (the maximum length is 10 pages) are allowed and must be paid before final submission.
Cancellation Policy
For all applicants:
- A cancel of registration must be requested by e-mail with the applicant ID.
- A cancel of registration may be acceptable only within 20 days after the on-line registration.
- An applicant who wants to make a registration change has to make a cancel once within 20 days after the on-line registration, then make a new registration again after the cancel is accepted. If it is after the deadline for advanced registration, advanced registration fee is not applied. If you are an author, please be careful about the number of final papers you have to upload. Please understand that the process of registration change may be a troublesome task after the on-line registration.
- We can refund the registration fee only for the cancel which is accepted within 20 days after the on-line registration.
For author registration:
- We cannot refund the registration fee for the cancel which is applied after the deadline for final submission even if it is applied within 20 days after the on-line registration.
For regular participant:
- We cannot refund the registration fee for the cancel which is applied after the deadline for on-line registration even if it is applied within 20 days after the on-line registration.
