Remarks
- The Special Rate above is inclusive of 5% government tax and 10% Service Charge.
- The group rates quoted above includes one buffet breakfast.

- Extra breakfast for additional individuals staying in a paid guest room is at NT$400Net.
- Complimentary access to the facilities at the Yuan Shan Club of Taipei for all conference guests. (except sauna)
- Free parking for accommodation guests.
- Check-in (begins time) is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00noon. Please advise your guests to schedule their travel plans to coincide with these times as much as possible.
- The guest rate will be extended four days prior and post the meeting dates (rates apply from August 14-August 24, 2010).
- The charges by means of U.S. currency will be recalculated as N.T. currency during the meeting and the exchange rate is according to the official rate on August 18, 2010.
- If the current rate of $34.NT=$1.US changes by more than 10%, either party can request an adjustment until May 1, 2010 when both of parties agree that the rate will be fixed and no further change accepted.
Cancellation
In case of any cancellation, please complete the process before June 30, 2010.

- In case of CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS or NO-SHOW, a one-night room rate will be charged.
- The sleeping room rate will be offered to delegates that book their accommodation past June 30, 2010 on available basis.
