Important
Each participants' registration cannot be replaced to other person's registration. If you will be absent from the Conference, your substitute needs to make registration on site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Author Registration:
If you are an author, you must complete conference registration and payment of registration fees before your Final Camera-ready Paper can be submitted.Author registration and Final Paper submission is required to be completed by May 16, 2012. Authors not completing registration and submission by this date will have their papers removed from the program.
Regular Participant Registration (not for author):
Participants are advised to register before or on July 31, 2012 to receive an early registration discount. Co-author(s) who want to attend SICE2012 will also be requested to make a regular participant registration by themselves.Tutorials and Workshops Registration:

Cancellation Policy
Author registration:
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the May 16 Final Paper submission deadline. Refunds will not be provided after this date.Regular participant registration:
