Banquet

Banquet will be held at SHINJUKU WASHINGTON HOTEL on 21 August, 2008.

• Date: 18:30〜20:30, August 21, 2008.
• Place: SHINJUKU WASHINGTON HOTEL.
• Banquette Room: SUBARU, 3rd Floor

Please note registration fee does NOT include the banquet fee.
The additional fee is required to participate in the banquet.
We prepare 300 banquet tickets. (At June 4, we have last 100 tickets.)
If we have available tickets after Advanced Registration (by July 18), you can buy the banquet ticket at the on-site registration desk.
Please note you can NOT buy the banquet tickets at the banquet hall. So if you go the banquet hall directly without the banquet ticket, you cannot participate.

Access from UEC (Conference place)

1. Take a train (Keio Line) from Chofu Station to Shinjuku Station (Last stop). You can use all trains bound for Shinjuku Station, but we recommend to use Special and Semi-Special Express. Fare is 230 JPY and about 15 minutes trip (Special Express).
2. 10 minutes walk from south exit of Shinjuku Station.
