How to Submit

(1) The application of the presentation at SICE2003 starts with the submission of the Extended Abstract. The deadline for submission of extended abstract is 17:00 in February 26, 2003. (extended to March 10, 2003) Please refer the Extended Abstract Submission for the details of submission.
(2) The maximum number of the presentation by one attendee is 3.
(3) Please write down the Paper ID and Password which will be delivered after the submission of Extended Abstract. This Paper ID and Password will be demanded for the submission of Final Camera Ready Paper.
(4) According to the result of the review of the extended abstract by the International Program Committee (IPC), the acceptance or rejection of the paper will be notified by April 16, 2003.
(5) The deadline for submission of Final Camera Ready Paper and Abstract for Program & Abstract Proceedings is 17:00 in May 21, 2003. (extended to May 31, 2003 (closed at time 15, strictly)) Please refer the Final Paper Submission for the details. The Final Paper Submission Form will start from May 7, 2003.
